本研究旨在探討旅行業從業人員之知識分享、創新與績效之認知現況與影響。針對台灣31 家綜合及甲種旅行社員工採便利抽樣進行問卷調查,共發放1,045份,有效回收721 份,有效回收率約69%。採用項目分析、信度分析、描述性統計分析、驗證性因素分析與結構方程式等統計方法進行資料檢定。研究結論如下:(一)旅行社從業人員在整體知識分享、績效與創新認同度均屬於正向中上程度;(二)旅行業從業人員之知識分享對於創新具有直接且正向影響效果;(三)旅行業從業人員之知識分享對於績效具有直接且正向影響效果。根據研究結果建議旅行業者應加強公司員工教育訓練與知識的交流分享,以提升公司創新與績效;在後續研究中可增加其他變項進行研究以建構更完整的理論模式。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to explore the perceived knowledge sharing, performance and innovation from viewpoints of the travel agencies’ employees in Taiwan. In addition, the study further tests the relationships of these three variables as well. A questionnaire was submitted to employees of travel agencies in Taiwan by convenient sampling. 721 completed questionnaires were collected from 1045 questionnaires were distributed. The valid returned rate was 69%. The data were analyzed by item analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and structured equation model. The results are as follows: (1) The perceived knowledge sharing, performance and innovation were at positive middle to upper level.(2) Knowledge sharing had directly and significantly positive effect on innovation. (3) Knowledge sharing had directly and significantly positive effect on performance. According to the results, we suggest the managers of travel agencies must strengthen training and knowledge sharing to employees for innovation and performance. We also suggest the researchers can increase other variables to construct the whole model in the future research.
