本研究將RFID 技術導入於刀具製造業之倉庫管理中，分析導入之方法，並進行模擬績效評估。研究中首先針對產業特性運用整合性資訊系統架構方法論，進行相關作業流程合理化分析。從現況分析中找出RFID 技術之切入點，然後運用Rifidi 軟體進行系統導入規劃模擬，最後從產業實例中分析應用RFID 技術所帶來的效益。經模擬分析，可以了解導入RFID 系統後，除了可降低人力成本外，也可以大幅降低各流程不良率的發生，提升工作效率，這些綜效大幅地提升了公司的整體工作效率與競爭力。

This research applied RFID technology to warehouse management for cutting tools company. The purpose of the research is to analyze the method of RFID system implementation and evaluate the operational performance after introduced. The rationalization analysis is firstly constructed for the case company by applying the methodology of ARIS to find the introduction method of RFID technology based on current situation of case company. And then, with the Rifidi software, the implementation plan is progressed and simulated. Finally, the generated benefit is evaluated for the case company. The research results showed that there was a high percent manpower off after the RFID technology was introduced in the case company; and that the RFID system effectively reduced the rate of negligence arisen from human error and moved up the whole working performance. The RFID technology increased the overall synergy of enterprise operation and competitiveness.
