本研究之研究目的包含:一、分析學校願景形成的方式。二、探討學校願景包含的內涵。三、探究學校願景實施的情形;過程中主要透過訪談以及文件分析等研究方法進行評析與討論,並綜合研究目的、相關文獻、訪談,以及文件分析所獲致的結果,提出學校願景之形成分析、學校願景的內涵分析,以及學校願景的實施情形分析等三項結論,並依據上述結論提出七點建議。據上所述,本文係針對上述若干問題尋找相關脈絡並提出解決策略,期望能帶動學校的改造與創新,以促進學校本位課程之永續經營。 |
英文摘要 |
The research aims to discuss contents including the following prospects. Firstly, it analyzes formation of school's visionary developments. Secondly, it explores contents of school's visionary developments. Thirdly, it investigates implementation of school's visionary developments. In the course of the research assume visiting interview and documentary analysis. As per descriptions above, the research focuses on few relevant questions involving formation, contents, and implementation of school's vision, and its associate research and consultations. Through above interactive conversations, we advance three conclusions, seven suggestions, and expect the research to bring forward reform and innovation of a school, as well as it motivates school-based curriculum's sustainable management. |
