不同性別研究生生活壓力與愛情關係品質之相關性

The correlation between life stress and quality of romantic relationship among graduate students of different genders

本研究目的在於瞭解不同性別的研究生生活壓力與愛情關係品質之關係。受試者為就讀於公、私立大學研究所碩士班之在學學生300人，其中男性137人，女性163人。問卷包含研究生生活壓力、愛情關係品質、及基本資料三個部分，採取典型相關分析。研究結果發現男性研究生生活壓力與愛情關係品質的典型相關沒有顯著，而女性研究生生活壓力與愛情關係品質的典型相關達到顯著水準。實務上的價值而言，學校當局需要關注就讀研究所階段的女性生活壓力與愛情狀態，給予適當的輔導。希望本研究結果可以供給政府教育單位、大學院校、心理專業人員、後續研究者為參考。

There are few studies that focus on the relationship between life stress and romantic relationship among graduate students. The main purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between life stress and quality of romantic relationships among graduate students of different genders. The subjects were 300 students enrolled in master's degree programs at public and private universities. The questionnaire contained three sections: graduate student life stress, romantic relationship quality, and basic information, and a canonical correlation was conducted. The results of the study indicated that the canonical correlation between life stress and romantic relationship quality was found to be significant for female graduate students, while the canonical correlation between life stress and quality of romantic relationship was not found for male graduate students. In terms of practical value, female graduate students are one of the groups that need more attention in terms of life stress and romantic relationships in graduate school. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for government, educational institutions, universities, researchers, psychologists, and counselors.
