服務學習就是「服務」與「學習」的相互結合,也就是在「服務」過程中獲得「學習」的效果。以「教育部補助大專校院開設具服務學習內涵課程作業要點」為例,推動「課程」結合「社區服務」之服務學習,協助學生應用課堂所學、增進自我反思能力、欣賞多元差異、瞭解社會議題及培養公民能力,深化具服務學習內涵課程。依據稻江科技暨管理學院具服務學習內涵課程開課辦法,於99學年度開始開設具服務學習內涵課程,且自100學年度入學新生在學期間應修習二門具服務學習內涵課程。本文詳細說明稻江科技暨管理學院營養科學學系自99學年度起「社區營養學」課程之設計原理、執行經過及評分方式,並分別從授課教師、餐旅管理學系學生及接受服務對象之導師或參與的老師三種不同出發點,分析服務學習內涵課程對於高等教育教學/學習之助益,檢討目前既有課程設計之不足,並思考未來可改進之種種可能性。 |
英文摘要 |
Service learning integrates ”service” and ”learning” together, so undergraduate students can learn the effectiveness from the process of service. According to the ”Ministry of Education Grant College Opened with Service Learning Connotation Coursework”, Toko University promotes the ”course” combined ”community service” into service learning to assist students to apply what they have learned to enhance the ability of self-reflection. In addition, students can appreciate diversity in order to understand the social issues and develop of civic capacity with service learning. According to Toko University's rules with service learning connotation course commencement approach, the school's program started in 99 academic year and freshmen have to take two courses which related to service learning courses since 100 academic year. The research article describes the design principle of the ”Community Nutrition Course”, process and scoring since in 99 academic years in the Department of Nutritional Science in Toko University. Beside, there are three different starting points from instructors, Hospitality Management students and room teachers to analyze the benefit of the service learning connotation courses for higher education teaching and learning. The researchers from this article review the inadequacy of the curriculum design, and think about the possibilities of future improvements. |
