本研究旨在探討大專院校教職員工休閒認定與休閒行爲間的關係,以北部某綜合型大學爲研究對象,以分層隨機抽樣抽取不同學院與處室之教職員工,研究參與者共215位女性、183位男性,以問卷調查法共發放500份問卷,回收398份問卷。研究結果顯示不同人口變項(性別、年齡、教育程度、每月平均收入)在不同性別、不同教育程度與不同每月平均收入之教職員工的休閒認定程度達顯著差異,僅年齡變項未達顯著差異;而休閒認定與休閒行爲間達顯著相關,意即休閒認定程度愈高的教職員工,其參與休閒活動的時間和花費的金額也愈多。休閒認定提供一個新觀點來了解休閒行爲,檢驗其關係有助於未來後續相關之研究。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was aimed at exploring the relationship between leisure identity and leisure behavior of university faculties in one of northern Taiwan universities. A Questionnaire was distributed; participants (N=500) were randomly selected throughout various colleges and administration offices. 398 valid samples were collected including 215 females and 183 males. The findings have revealed significant gender, educational levels and monthly income differences on leisure identity, but the other factor such as age did not show the difference. Consequently, there was a high correlation of leisure identity and leisure behavior. This result has shown that higher leisure identity of faculty members would spend higher amount of money and time in leisure activities. To sum up, this study has provided a new perspective of examining leisure behavior in high education level. Relevant factors will be used for future academic research.
