本研究主要探討志工休閒參與與心理健康間之關係，以臺中市參與社區服務類的志工休閒者爲對象，透過問卷調查法進行樣本收集，利用結構方程式(SEM)進行資料分析以及解釋。本研究之目的一爲分析志工休閒參與對心理健康的影響，二爲比較不同年齡和教育群組的志工的志工休閒者，其志工休閒參與程度對心理健康的影響是否存在顯著差異。分析結果顯示前者得到證實，即志工休閒參與對心理健康具正向顯著影響；但兩者的影響關係，在不同年齡和教育群組間並不存在顯著差異。

Using structural equation model, this research examines mainly the relationship between leisure volunteering participation and mental health of leisure volunteers in Taichung. The result shows that leisure volunteering participation impacts mental health positively, that is, the higher the level of leisure volunteering participation, the higher the level of participants' mental health. The result also shows that there are not significant differences among different age and educational groups between Leisure Volunteering and mental health. Other research findings and implications are discussed in the research.
