本文旨在瞭解國小高年級學童在休閒運動態度、參與動機對休閒效益的影響,以苗栗縣100學年度國小高年級在籍學童為研究母群體,採用問卷調查法發出755份問卷,回收753份,有效問卷735份,將回收之有效樣本資料以SPSS 12.0 for Windows進行敘述統計分析、因素分析、信度分析、變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析。本文有以下主要研究結論:一、國小高年級學童的休閒運動態度(健康紓壓與行為傾向),能透過參與動機(社會動機、生理動機、心理動機)的增強,顯著提高其休閒效益(生理與心理效益、社交效益);二、國小高年級學童參與動機(社會動機、生理動機、心理動機)對於休閒運動態度(人際關係)與休閒效益(社交效益)間具顯著正向的中介效果;三、惟本研究發現國小高年級學童的休閒運動態度(人際關係),無法透過參與動機(社會動機、生理動機、心理動機)的增強,提升生理或心理的休閒效益。 |
英文摘要 |
This study aims to analyze the influences of leisure sport attitude and participation motivation on the leisure benefit of the elementary school students in Miaoli County. The mediating effects of participation motivation to leisure sport attitude and leisure benefit are also examined in this study by statistical methods. Based on the surveyed-questionnaire method, this study received 755 samples, 735 valid samples, and then analyzed the data with descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent-samples T test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis by SPSS Windows for 12.0. The empirical results are worth summarized as follows; first of all, the leisure sport attitude (stress relief and behavioral tendencies) can increase elementary school students' leisure benefits (including social, psychological and physiological benefits) through strengthening participation motivations (including social, psychological, and physiological motivations). In addition, the elementary school students' participation motivations (including social, psychological and physiological motivations) has significantly positive mediating effect on the relationships among leisure sport attitude (interpersonal relationship) and leisure benefits (including social, psychological and physiological benefits). Thirdly, however, the leisure sport attitude (interpersonal relationship) cannot increase elementary school students' leisure benefits (including social, psychological, and physiological benefits) through strengthening participation motivations (including social, psychological, and physiological motivations). |
