本研究目的旨在瞭解國、高中田徑選手團隊價值觀一致性對團隊滿意度之影響關係，本研究係以新竹縣、市國、高中田徑選手為研究對象，採隨機抽樣的方式設計，共計回收有效問卷363份，回收資料以Amos 7.0版統計軟體進行結構方程模式統計分析，以SPSS 12.0進行描述統計，研究結論為：一、團隊價值觀一致性對我以身為團隊的一份子為榮層面有顯著正向影響。二、團隊價值觀一致性對我能在這團隊練習讓我感到很高興層面有顯著正向影響。三、團隊價值觀一致性對參加這團隊讓我感到非常滿足層面有顯著正向影響。四、團隊價值觀一致性對我對這個團隊的向心力感到滿意層面有顯著影響關係。五、團隊價值觀一致性對團隊滿意度直接正向的影響。

The main purpose of this study is to understand the influence of value consistency of senior high school track and field team on team satisfaction. By random sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted on track and field athletes of junior and senior high schools in Hsinchu County/City. A total of 363 valid questionnaires were retrieved. Amos 7.0 version statistical software was used to perform the statistical analysis of structural equation modeling on the returned data, and SPSS 12.0 was used to perform descriptive analysis. The findings are as follows: (1) value consistency of team has a significantly positive influence on the dimension of being proud of being a member of the team; (2) value consistency of team has a significantly positive influence on the dimension of pleasure of being able to practice in the team; (3) value consistency of team has a significantly positive influence on the dimension of satisfaction with participation in the team; (4) value consistency of team has a significant influence on the dimension of satisfaction with team cohesiveness; (5) value consistency of team has a direct and positive influence on team satisfaction.
