在釣魚族群中常聽到使用飛蠅釣法之釣者自述有上肢肌肉疼痛的情形,由於目前尚未有關於飛蠅釣者肌肉骨骼傷病發生危害因子的研究,因此本研究以飛蠅釣者為研究對象,以問卷與肌電訊號進行上肢肌肉骨骼傷病的探討。研究目的為探究不同飛蠅釣者間的上肢肌肉骨骼患病率與肌肉施力差異。研究透過網路問卷收集32位飛蠅釣者資料,並從中招募各3位專業釣者與業餘釣者進行肌電訊號數據收集,結果顯示不同族群飛蠅釣者皆有因飛蠅釣法導致上肢肌肉骨骼傷病發生的情形,且部分影響到正常的生活品質。在肌電訊號反應上發現數較大的釣具,對於橈側伸腕肌與肱二頭肌有較大的施力情況。本研究建議飛蠅釣者應受專業訓練以降低肌肉骨骼傷病情況。

英文摘要

Fishers who apply the fly fishing technique tend to report pain in upper extremity muscles. No relevant research has been conducted on the risk factor of fly fishers' musculoskeletal disorders. Therefore, the present study recruited fly fishers as the participants, who were divided into professional and amateur groups. The Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ) and electromyography (EMG) were used as the research tools to examine the participants' upper extremity musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the two groups including the prevalence of such disorders, force exertion levels of various upper extremity parts, muscular responses to fishing rods of different weights, and muscular responses during casting. We used an online questionnaire to collect data from 32 fly fishers, from whom 3 professional and 3 amateur fishers were recruited to undergo EMG data collection during casting. The results revealed that both professional and amateur fishers experienced upper extremity musculoskeletal disorders induced by fly fishing. The EMG results indicated that the heavier rod resulted in fishers' greater exerting force in the extensor carpi radialis longus and brevis muscles and biceps brachii muscles. Therefore, we recommend that fly fishers should receive professional training to mitigate their musculoskeletal disorders.
