足球是間歇性的運動,需要不同的運動生理成分。在比賽中產生各種強大動作的能力與高有氧能力相關。這包括在足球中經常發生的短跑,跳躍,改變方向或踢球等動作。本研究之目的是在探討下肢肌力、速度與敏捷能力對青少年男子足球員之影響,於研究方法上,以高雄市某中學男子足球員為對象,共26名;採測試方式進行,經描述性統計分析結果發現,受試者下肢肌力、10公尺、20公尺直線衝刺跑與伊利諾敏捷測試(illinois agility run)數值皆偏低。因此,我們建議修改目前青春期足球運動員的訓練方法,包括下肢肌力、速度與敏捷訓練。期本研究結果能提供球員、教練與訓練者之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
Soccer is an intermittent sport, which requires different physiological components. The capacity to produce varied powerful actions during a game is associated with high aerobic capacity. This includes movements such as sprinting, jumping, changing direction, or kicking frequently occurring in soccer. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of lower extremity muscle strength, speed and agility ability on the young male soccer players. Subjects for the study were selected from a male soccer player in a municipal high school in Kaohsiung. a total of 34; adopt measurement approaches, Descriptive statistical analysis.The results found that the low scores of subjects in the measure lower extremity muscle strength, 10m, 20m-sprints and illinois agility run test. Therefore, we propose modifications to current training methodology for pubertal soccer players to include combined lower extremity muscle strength, speed and agility training. The results of this study could provide as reference for soccer players, coaches and trainers. |
