本研究為針對四位跑者在三週內水中運動前、後進行百公尺速度測驗、柔軟度測驗、爆發力測驗。研究目的為探討田徑運動選手於水中運動前、後之一百公尺速度、柔軟度及爆發力之分析,並探究水中運動與速度訓練是否可以相互搭配訓練與成效。本次研究方法使用實驗設計,利用碼錶計時、立定跳遠墊、坐姿體前彎測量器測驗百公尺秒數、爆發力及柔軟度。使用SPSS for Windows 21.0進行數據分析,統計各項數據,透過成對樣本t檢定進行前、後測對照,顯著水準訂為.05。結果:一、水中運動前、後的一百公尺秒數、柔軟度及爆發力比較上均未達顯著水準。二、柔軟度的提升在本次研究呈現顯著效果。三、爆發力後測之數據雖然未達顯著,但受試者在透過水中運動運動後,爆發力也有所提升。四、一百公尺秒數後測平均數雖然較高,但其中八筆數據中有五筆數據呈現進步成績。結論:在水中運動過程中因水中有浮力、阻力產生,促使受試者在身體肌群的感受度有明顯的提升,這一方面也增強了選手在運動過程裡的本體感受度,使跑者更能體會到自己的動作與協調產生,在進行全力衝刺時,可以有效幫助控制自己的身體運動動作,達到提升選手運動訓練的成效。

In this study, four runners were tested for 100-meter speed, flexibility, and explosiveness before and after water exercise within three weeks. The purpose of this study is to explore the analysis of the 100-meter speed, flexibility and explosiveness of track and field athletes before and after water sports, and to explore whether water sports and speed training can be combined with each other for training and effectiveness. This research method uses an experimental design, using a stopwatch, a standing long jump pad, and a seated forward bend measurer to test the 100-meter-second, explosive power, and flexibility. SPSS for Windows 21.0 was used for data analysis, various data were counted, and pre-and post-test comparisons were performed by paired-sample t-test, and the significance level was set at .05. Results: 1. The 100-meter-second, softness and explosiveness before and after the water exercise did not reach a significant level. 2. the improvement of softness showed a significant effect in this study. 3. Although the post-test data of explosive power was not significant, the explosive power of the subjects also improved after exercising through water. 4. Although the average of the 100-meter-second post-test was relatively high, five of the eight data showed improved results. Conclusion: In the process of water sports, due to the buoyancy and resistance in the water, the subject's sensitivity to the body muscle group is significantly improved. They can better understand their own movements and coordination. When sprinting with full force, they can effectively help control their own body movements and improve the effect of athletes' sports training.
