本研究目的旨在探討國小教師職場疲勞與睡眠品質的關係,研究結果將提供國小教師及相關單位參考。以臺中市國小教師為對象,研究工具為哥本哈根疲勞量表(Copenhagen Burnout Inventory, CBI)及匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI),發放560份問卷,有效問卷528份,有效問卷回收率97.8%。以SPSS for windows 22.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、Pearson積差相關及迴歸等分析,研究結果如下:一、國小教師職場疲勞達中上程度,其中屬「工作過度投入」的疲勞最高。二、國小教師睡眠品質不良,主要因素為「自評睡眠品質」、「睡眠困擾」、「白天功能障礙」。結論:臺中市國小教師的職場疲勞對睡眠品質有負向的影響,建議未來可針對國小教師的工作環境與職場氛圍上進行改善,強化國小教師的身心狀況、提升教師個人的睡眠品質,相信可以改善職場疲勞程度。

英文摘要

The main purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between occupational burnout and sleep quality in elementary school teachers. The study is to discuss the effects of occupational burnout on sleep quality by adopting the elementary school teachers in Taichung City, the objects through Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The overall questionnaires are 560 shares, and by retrieving effective 528 shares, the effective returned ratios are 97.8%. Through the SPSS for windows 22.0 with descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis, the results are as follows: 1. The degree of occupational burnout from elementary school teachers is above the average, and the subscale of over-commitment to work is the highest among four subscales. 2. The sleep quality of elementary school teachers is below the average, and the main reasons are self-assessed sleep quality, sleep disturbance, and daytime function. Conclusions: The elementary school teachers in Taichung City, the sleep quality are significantly negative affected by occupational burnout. The study recommends that we should aim at the modification, the amelioration, and the improvement of occupational burnout and atmospheres for elementary school teachers, strengthening their physical and mental statuses to promote sleep qualities.
