研究目的:探討學生參與校園超級馬拉松活動時恆毅行為與學習成效間的關聯性;本研究蒐集某科大107學年度至109學年度各學期參與校園超級馬拉松活動之學生累計跑走圈數,以及該學期學習平均分數作為研究資料,活動期間內累積跑走圈數,以累積100圈作為分界,區分為高恆毅行為組與低恆毅行為組。研究資料:共428筆資料,其中男學生93筆,女學生335筆;高恆毅行為組共147筆,平均圈數為289.95圈;低恆毅行為組共281筆,平均圈數為29.49圈。研究結果:一、高恆毅行為組的學生在學習成效上高於低恆毅行為組的學生;二、不同性別的活動參與者在恆毅行為與學習成效上差異達顯著水準;三、恆毅行為與學習成效之間呈正相關,女學生在恆毅行為與學習成效呈正相關,而男學生則相關未達顯著水準。參加校園超級馬拉松的同學並不會因為參加活動而耽誤課業學習,反而能夠為時間做更好的自我管理,改善學生的學習成效。

英文摘要

Research Objective: This study was to investigate the correlation between students' grit behavior and learning outcome through campus super marathon events at a certain university. The research collected data on the total number of laps run by students participating in campus super marathon events from the academic year 2018 to the academic year 2021 at a certain university, along with their average grades for each semester as research data. During the event period, the accumulated number of laps run was used, with a threshold of 100 laps, to categorize students into high grit behavior group and low grit behavior group. Research Data: There were a total of 428 records, comprising 93 records from male and 335 records from female. The high grit behavior group consists of 147 records with an average lap count of 289.95 laps, while the low grit behavior group consists of 281 records with an average lap count of 29.49 laps. Research Findings: 1. students in the high grit behavior group outperformed those in the low grit behavior group in terms of learning outcomes; 2. significant differences in grit behavior and learning outcomes were observed among participants of different genders; 3. there was a positive correlation between grit behavior and learning outcomes. Specifically, among female students, perseverance behavior was positively correlated with learning outcomes, while among male, the correlation insignificant. Participating in campus super marathon events didn't hinder students' academic learning; instead, it enables better time management, thus improving students' learning outcomes.
