This paper attempts to analyze implications of spillover saying of Zhuang Tzu by Lao Zhuang's 'duality of Tao' characters.' First, I will explain how Lao Zi constructs the relationship between Tao and things by the 'have or not' duality of 'Tao.' Next, I'll illustrate how Zhuang Tzu constructs the relationship between Tao, qi and all things further from the concept of 'yin and yang.' Finally, I'll discuss how Zhuang Tzu extends the 'Tao Saying' of 'Spillover Saying' from using the concept of 'have or not' and 'yin and yang'.
