本研究主要目的在探討「兒童舞蹈律動課程」對智能障礙學生在肢體動作表現的教學成效。研究採用前-後測之準實驗設計,以新竹縣市30位國小智能障礙學生為研究對象,隨機分為實驗、控制兩組。二組成員參與一般常規學校體育課程,其中15位實驗組成員接受為期16週,每週二次,一次40分鐘,共32次兒童舞蹈律動教學;15位控制組成員則是維持常規學校體育課程活動,沒有進行兒童舞蹈律動介入課程。本研究的依變項為智能障礙學生的肢體動作表現,以「Movement ABC-2」和舞蹈動作評估量表進行量化評估,評估結果再以無母數統計方法進行檢定。本研究主要發現如下:在肢體動作表現方面,兒童舞蹈律動對提升智能障礙學生在Movement ABC-2的評估上顯示有促進成效。由兒童舞蹈動作評估表中的總分和五個分項的分數顯示,在兒童舞蹈律動介入對學生在身體動作技巧、對時間、空間的覺察、動態舞蹈和身體創意表達上皆有進步,顯示此教學介入對學生肢體表現上有成效。針對上述研究結果,建議教師可將兒童舞蹈律動教學融入智能障礙學生的課程中。

英文摘要

This study investigated the body movements and motor performance on children dance for children with mental retardation in elementary school. The pre-post quasi-experiment design was used. Participants were assigned to either experiment group (n=15) or control group (n=15) randomly. The forty-minute activities of children dance took place twice per week for sixteen weeks in the experimental group and the children in the control group took the physical education class. The control group participated took only the physical education class unrelated to dance activity course. Both groups had the Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2^(nd) edition and the Dance Activity scale for pre-test and post-test. The data of body movements and motor performance was analyzed by the Non-parametric Statistics. The improvements in manual dexterity, functional skills, and balance scores on the test of MABC-2 were found in the experimental group. The significant improvements in body movement skills, time, space, dynamic dance and creative expression of the Dance Activity scale was found in the experiment group. According to the overall analysis of subject behaviors, most of the members in the experimental group had more positive behavior after the Children Dance Activity. According to the results, the implication of the dance activities for teachers and future study were provided.
