人力資源是企業重要的資產,企業需要人才對產品進行加工與提高附加價值,並藉由知識和技能的累積提高公司的知識存量與競爭力。現在台灣的傳統產業企業面臨勞動作業工作人才不足、年輕人不願意從事勞動作業工作、勞動作業工作離職率過高等問題,而要降低離職率需要在新進人員篩選時便仔細把關,然而人力資源篩選需要經驗,因此人力資源篩選可能會耗費過多的企業高層的寶貴時間。本研究的目的是建構一個具有效率與效能的新進人員評選模型,以供企業在企業高層有限時間下可以快速的從大量應徵者中選擇適任的人才;該模型會先使用專業門檻標準初步刪除不適任人士,再使用AdaBoost分類機進行進階篩選,企業高層主管則只要對最後少數合格人才進行評選的動作以選出最終適任的人選。本模型經由實作分析比較,證實確實可以節省企業高層重要的寶貴時間,並擁有相當高的優質人力辨別能力。 |
英文摘要 |
Human resources are important assets. Enterprise need personnel to execute manufacture processing and promote the value for product. By the accumulation of knowledge and skills in the manufacture processing, the employee will increase the enterprise's stock of knowledge and competitiveness. The enterprises in Taiwan's traditional industry now face the problem of the shortage of labor, young citizen does not want to engage in labor jobs and the high turnover rate in labor jobs. For reducing the turnover rate, it should carefully check the new applicant. However, it needs experiment to evaluate and select applicant. This work might be taken too much valuable time for enterprise executives. The purpose of this study is to construct a new staff evaluation and selection model for enterprise can efficiently and effectively select suitable employee from a huge amount of candidates under the limited time of enterprise executives. This model will first use a professional threshold standard to preliminarily delete some un-suitable applicants. And then, AdaBoost classifier is also used to screen out some un-suitable applicants. Enterprise executives will interview applicants and select the final few qualified personnel in the final step. The model will implement, analyze and compare via real enterprise case. The experiment results show that this model can possess high quality of talent discrimination ability for saving the important time of enterprise executives. |
