休閒涉入與工作滿意度之研究─以2011年行政院體育委員會打造運動島計畫嘉義市為例

本研究旨在探討嘉義市參與行政院打造運動島計畫活動者之休閒涉入及工作滿意度的差異情形，進而探討休閒涉入與工作滿意度之間的關聯性。本研究以嘉義市打造運動島活動參與者為研究對象，總共發放650份問卷，回收595份問卷，扣除無效問卷24份，有效問卷571份，有效回收率為87.8%。並以t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關分析等統計方法進行驗證分析。本研究結果如下所述：一、不同婚姻狀況嘉義市打造運動島活動參與者的休閒涉入，在「吸引力」及「生活中心性」層面皆有顯著差異性存在。二、不同年齡嘉義市打造運動島活動參與者的休閒涉入，在「吸引力」及「生活中心性」方面皆有顯著差異性存在。三、每週不同參與次數嘉義市打造運動島活動參與者的工作滿意度，在「外在滿意」及「內在滿意」層面均有差異存在。四、不同職業嘉義市打造運動島活動參與者的工作滿意度，在「外在滿意」及「內在滿意」層面均有顯著性的差異。五、嘉義市打造運動島活動參與者之休閒涉入與工作滿意度有顯著關聯性。

This study aimed to explore the differentiations of leisure involvement and job satisfactions in Chia-yi City, participating in the creation of a sport island planned by the Executive Yuan, and then investigate the relationship between leisure involvement and job satisfaction. The participants are those taking part in the creation of a sport island in Chia-yi City. 650 questionnaires were issued, and 595 questionnaires were received. 24 invalid questionnaires were deducted and 571 questionnaires are valid. Effective recovery rate is 87.8%. And t-test, one-way ANOVA and canonical analysis were applied to analyze the collected data. The results in this study are as follows: 1. in leisure involvement, significant difference exists in different marital status of the participants between ”attractiveness” and ”center of life”. 2. In the part of leisure involvement, significant different exists in various ages of the participants in both ”attractiveness” and ”center of life”. 3. In the part of job satisfaction, significant difference exists in various weekly participating times in the level of extrinsic satisfaction and intrinsic satisfaction. 4. In the part of job satisfactions, significant difference in different occupations exists in the level of extrinsic satisfaction and intrinsic satisfaction. Fifth, in the part of leisure involvements and job satisfactions has significant correlation among the participants in the plan of creating a sport island.
