「創新」在這個資訊爆炸、高度競爭的社會裡,已是一項重要的課題。透過種種的創新,不僅能夠突破目前在各領域中獨大或獨霸市場的競爭者外,也能改變社會文化,讓人類的生活有了新的選擇。1993年開幕的日本職業足球聯賽(J. League,以下簡稱J聯賽),除了有不同於日本國內傳統的觀賞型運動經營理念外,不管面對國內、國外各項職業運動的競爭下,仍能維持優勢,穩定成長。本研究利用文獻分析法,首先介紹藍海策略之意涵與分析工具,再利用藍海策略四個行動架構檢視J聯賽是否有效的引發價值創新,得出J聯賽符合藍海策略中四個行動架構與策略思維。因而能在數年內崛起和日本職業棒球並列日本兩大經濟產值最高的觀賞型運動。最後並提出對國內觀賞型運動經營實務上與未來研究方向之建議。 |
英文摘要 |
This paper try to know the blue ocean strategy on J-League. And it will try to give advices to the manager of Taiwanese spectator sports. The method is use documentary analysis to the ”Blue Ocean Strategy” and the ”J-League”. Then use ”four actions framework” of Blue Ocean Strategy to analysis J-League. To fined why J-League can become a popular spectator sports in Japan. It shows J-League through their principle to requires clubs must fit league's standards then can join. And the principle was in keeping with four actions framework of Blue Ocean Strategy. It's let J-League escaped the ”Red Ocean” and created a ”Blue Ocean”. In the end of this paper, First I suggest that Taiwanese spectator sports managers can try to select a city as their home town then keep in touch with home town people. To share the fun of sports. Not only in the filed, stadium but also in everywhere of home town. Second I suggest that we can keep research the club in the J-League, to see their ”Key Success Factor”. |
