大溪鎮桌球協會經營管理之探討－以CORPS理論分析

非營利組織的蓬勃發展，在組織制度上是20世紀以來興起的趨勢之一。台灣在1987年解嚴後，非營利組織也日益成長與茁壯，但在社會變遷帶動經濟、政治、教育以及政策制定亦隨之改變。本研究基於上述之研究動機與文獻探討下，研究者針對大溪鎮桌球協會經營管理現況、組織運作及未來發展策略設立研究目的如下：（一）探討大溪鎮桌球協會經營管理現況。（二）探討大溪鎮桌球協會組織運作方式。（三）分析大溪鎮桌球協會未來發展策略。透過司徒達賢（1999）以「CORPS」管理模式之概念，針對大溪鎮桌球協會的經營管理問題逐一分析和說明，亟欲了解大溪鎮桌球協會經營管理現況及組織運作，期研究能供大溪鎮桌球協會未來經營管理的發展策略。

The thriving of nonprofit organization is one of the rising trends since the 20th century. Non-profit organizations had thrived in Taiwan after martial law ended in 1987, but has transformed due to changes in economy, politics, education and policy driven by the society. In this study, ＂A CORPS theoretical analysis on the Management of Dasi Table Tennis Association,＂ our research purposes, through text analysis and in-depth interviews, are as follows: 1. the current status of the operation and management of Dasi Table Tennis Association; 2. the organization of Dasi Table Tennis Association; 3. the future development strategies of Dasi Table Tennis Association. Through the concept of ＂CORPS＂ management model brought up by Seto (1999), we analyzed and explained the issues on the operation and management of Dasi Table Tennis Association, with the hope of understanding the current status of the operation and management of Dasi Table Tennis Association, and providing strategies for future management and development.
