高中職學生實彈射擊體驗與競賽活動效益之探討

教育部於95學年將高中職學生實彈射擊納入年度課程，並規劃射擊競賽以驗證學習成效，讓全民國防教育走出紙上談兵的窠臼。從2005年辦理「高中職學生全民國防巡迴宣導及實彈射擊活動」迄今，藉以探討全民國防教育多元活動－實彈射擊體驗與競賽之效益。透過研究者實際帶隊經驗與現場觀察，並研析歷屆全民國防教育實彈射擊競賽媒體報導後，得知「軍事技能－實彈射擊體驗」能引起高中職學生極大興趣，藉由各縣市與全國性射擊競賽活動，讓學生除學習軍事技能外，實際參訪國軍部隊裝備與三軍官校，讓全民國防能達到向校園扎根，從射擊體驗與射擊競賽活動，能引導青少年學子理解全民國防多元教育性，更從實彈射擊中體驗全民國防意涵，進而擴大全民國防共識與國防教育之成效。

The Ministry of Education has bought live shell shooting into high schools' curriculum since the 95th academic year; moreover, the Ministry of Education has plan a live shell shooting contest to validate the effectiveness of learning, which shows that the national defense education is not just a theoretical course. In order to learn the divers activities of the national defense education, the effectiveness of live shell shooting experience and contest, the researcher not only participated and observed the ＂Publicity Tour of High School Students' National Defense Education and Live Shell Shooting Activities＂ but also analysis the media articles related to the issues. The result from the study shows that the live shell shooting contest is able to raise high school students' interest on military skills. Besides military skills, visiting military equipments and military academies helps campus to establish their foundation on national defense. Furthermore, teenagers are able to understand the importance of national defense's education by shooting experience and contest. In addition, live shell shooting experience would raise the public awareness on national defense education, and its effect.
