近年來運動風氣的提升,相關休閒產業快速發展,健身俱樂部組織有如雨後春筍般蓬勃林立,各家業者皆積極地將自家產品、服務推陳出新,試圖滿足顧客的多元且不同的需求。而在健身產業的飽和且高度競爭的環境下,如何脫穎達到組織目標的實踐是重要議題。據此,本研究以個案研究法,運用經營模式畫布理論的九大構面形構出訪談大綱,逐一探討健身俱樂部在實際經營情形。研究結果發現,高品質的服務提供,能有效的提升顧客忠誠度,故建議相關健身產業在營運策略上宜:(一)朝向精緻化的客戶服務,並搭配(二)高專業知能的顧問團隊以及(三)以品牌建立為目標的營運策略。 |
英文摘要 |
In recent years, there has been a rise in sports ethos. The rapid development of relevant leisure industries and health club organizations are springing up. To satisfy the diversified and different need of customer, many companies aggressively launched new product and service. However, under the saturated and highly competitive market of the fitness industry, it is very important to achieve the goal of the organization. Accordingly, this study adopted the case study method and the nine dimensions of the business model canvas theory to discuss the actual business situation of the fitness club. The study found that high-quality service can effectively enhance the loyalty of customer. Here are advices for relevant fitness industry about operation strategy : 1. transform into delicate customer service, 2. with a high-knowledgeable consultant team and 3. a business strategy aimed at brand building. |
