本研究主要目的在探討技術創新策略對創新績效之影響及技術創新策略因環境不同而對創新績效之影響,並透過理論與文獻的探討,並進行實證的分析。本研究的對象為台灣高科技產業,利用問卷調查的方式,將回收之資料進行以下統計分析:1.樣本資料分析;2.信度分析;3. t 檢定;4.集群分析;5.變異數分析。經過驗證後結果得知,技術創新策略對創新績效有顯著影響,而採用技術主動型之技術創新策略績效較採用技術被動型之技術創新策略績效佳;在技術創新策略會因環境不同而對創新績效影響的方面,研究結果顯示,環境與技術創新策略在績效上之交互作用亦達顯著水準,由此可知技術創新策略會因環境而對創新績效有所影響。

英文摘要

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of technological innovation strategy under different environments on the innovative performance. Based on the related theory and literature reviewed, empirical study is conducted by using questionnaires on high-technology industries in Taiwan. For analyzing the data obtained from questionnaires, the following analyses are conducted: (1) Analysis of sampling data, (2) Reliability analysis, (3) t-test, (4) Cluster analysis, (5) ANOVA. From the empirical analysis, it shows that technological innovation strategy has the positive effect on the innovative performance. The results also shows that those companies adopted technological innovation strategy of technology initiative are better than those technology passive on innovative performance. Technological innovation strategy of different environments is shown to have the significant positive effect on the innovation performance.
