本研究目的是要探討排球團隊經營情況,並且以排球教練的領導行爲、球隊的凝聚力與球員的滿意度爲探討內容。本研究以排球球員爲抽樣對象,實施時間從2007年5月1日至6月30日止,共發放200份問卷,有效回收率約爲66.50%。而研究資料是以SPSS統計軟體作爲統計分析的工具,將所收集到的填答資料以Cronbach's α進行信度分析,結果爲:一、排球隊中,教練領導方式、球隊管理模式、球隊凝聚力與球員滿意度彼此之間是相互影響的。二、除了教練領導方式外,其球隊管理模式、球隊凝聚力與球員滿意度間具有顯著的正相關。三、球隊或是球員的喜好皆偏向民主領導勝過於專制方式。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research is to conduct study on the operation of volleyball team and the content of study is based on the leadership behavior of the volleyball coach, the coherence of the ball team and the level of satisfaction of players. This research is based on volleyball player as the random sampling target and the implementation period was from May 1 to June 30, 2007. In total 200 questionnaires were issued and the effective recovery rate was 66.50%. The research information is based on SPSS statistical software as the statistical analysis tool. Cronbach's α is utilized on answers to questions collected to conduct creditability analysis. The results are: 1. In the volleyball team and between the leadership behavior of the volleyball coach, the ball team management form, the coherence of the ball team and the level of satisfaction of players, one can affect each other mutually. 2. Apart from the coach leadership behavior, between its ball team management form, the coherence of the ball team and the level of satisfaction of players, there is significant positive correlation. 3. The preference of ball team or player all tend towards democratic leadership more than autocratic method.
