經濟效率在生產力的評估上是一個重要的指標,而經濟效率又分成技術效率與分配效率,其中分配效率是決定於價格比率,可是農產價格往往受到農業政策左右,於是生產技術效率乃成爲生產力評估上一個重要的指標。 在評估臺灣酪農生產力時,本文以資料包絡分析法和隨機邊界生產分析來評估臺灣酪農的技術效率。本文發現不論是以資料包絡分析法和隨機邊界生產分析法,臺灣酪農的技術效率都在83.5%以上。

英文摘要

Economic efficiency, an important index in assessing productivity, includes technological efficiency and allocation efficiency. But allocation efficiency is determined by the price ratio of the farm products, which is often affected by agricultural policies. This therefore leaves the technology efficiency to be the key index on assessing productivity. This paper uses the Data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the Stochastic Production Frontier (SPF) approach to assess the technological efficiency of the dairy farm in Taiwan. We find that regardless of the analytical methods, the technological efficiency of the dairy farm in Taiwan is above 83.5%.
