本研究係針對航空補習班訓練成效進行研究。在國內、外期刊論文與文獻中,航空補習班則尚未有先輩研究相關產業。故本研究將從職前培訓、訓練成效及對航空業影響爲探討航空補習班訓練成效之主軸。研究對象設計取樣爲航空補習班業者2位、航空業者4位、大專航空服務系教授2位、曾參加及未參加培訓課程之空勤組員各2位,共12位進行深度訪談研究。研究發現曾參與課程者對於培訓課程是否有效,需實際參與面試後才會有深刻感受,但在接受培訓後,對於自我職涯發展較有具體規劃。而未參與課程者則因認為自身條件較佳,且課程費用昂貴,寧在網路上尋找相關招募訊息,但也因不瞭解真正自我特質,對於未來自我職涯規劃想法較有限。航空補習班與航空業者想法迥異,包含師資素質及培訓課程內容,對航空補習班是否能節省招募及訓練成本則多表不贊同。航空業服務系雖同屬於先期培訓機構,但受訪學者卻與航空業者皆持相同看法。

英文摘要

This research aims to explore the training effectiveness of air cram schools. Among local, there is no precedent on related aviation cram schools yet. Therefore, this research has focused on discussing the training effectiveness of air cram school in terms of pre-employment training, training effectiveness and its impact on air industry. We hereby derive research object samples-2 air cram school suppliers, 4 airlines, 2 professors from department of aviation service, 2 cabin crews with or with no training course, respectively, with 12 samples derived for in-depth interviews. Through consolidation, coding, summary and analysis of interview data, it is found that those who have participated in the course could only find out whether the training course work after having an interview, however, they could only have a clear plan on their career paths after having the training course. Those who did not take the course would rather search for related recruitment information via the internet due to the confidence of better qualification as well as expensive course expense, which however, will lead to a limitation of future career path as they don't really know about themselves. Air cram schools report a different thinking from airlines suppliers, including teaching quality and contents of course training, where they disagree with each other in terms whether air cram schools save recruitment and training cost. Although aviation service belongs to pre-training institutions, the interviewees report the same viewpoints as airlines suppliers.
