本研究以上市上櫃資訊電子業公司的總經理為研究對象,探討競合環境下,聯盟與網路學習對外部學習績效的影響,主要的研究發現如下:一、有關聯盟與網路學習對外部學習績效的影響:(一)企業參與愈多的網路學習,可同時有利於探索及利用學習;(二)企業建立愈多的聯盟學習活動,也同時有利於探索及利用學習。二、有關競合關係對外部學習績效的影響:(一)網路競合程度愈高,愈有助於利用學習;(二)聯盟競合程度愈高,既有利於探索學習,亦有助於利用學習。三、有關競合關係對「聯盟與網路學習對學習績效影響」的調節效果:網路競合程度愈高,企業參與網路學習對利用學習的助益將會縮小。

英文摘要

Adopting ”co-opetition” as the moderator, this paper examines the impact of alliance and network learning mechanisms on external learning performance, and takes the general managers listed on TSE and OCT in Taiwan as the research object. The main findings of research are as follows. First, concerning the effect of alliance and network learning mechanisms on external learning: (1) Enterprises which participate in more network learning are beneficial for exploration and exploitative learning. (2) Enterprises which establish more alliances learning action also are beneficial for exploration and exploitative learning. Second, concerning the effect of co-opetition relationship on external learning performance: (1) The higher the degree of network co-opetition is beneficial for exploitative learning. (2) The higher the degree of alliance co-opetition is not only beneficial for exploration learning, but also for exploitative learning. Third, concerning the moderate effect of co-opetition relationship on ”the influence of alliance and network learning on external learning performance”: The higher the degree of network co-opetition is, the effect of enterprises participates in network learning on exploitative learning will shrink.
