本研究旨在探討桃園區國小教師網路成癮、休閒運動參與程度與身心健康之關係。以桃園市桃園區國小教師為研究對象，共發出420 份問卷，有效問卷416份，有效問卷率99%。回收問卷資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS 12.0 中文版，進行皮爾森積差、多元逐步迴歸分析、階層多元迴歸分析，其顯著水準定為 α=.05。本研究結果發現：一、桃園市桃園區國小教師網路成癮不明顯、身心健康狀況良好，但休閒運動參與程度偏低。二、教師網路成癮之人際與健康問題愈多時，其身心健康愈不好。三、教師之強迫性上網行為愈多時，其身心健康之身體不適愈不好。四、網路成癮耐受性愈多時，其身心健康之身體不適及焦慮反應愈不好。五、人際與健康問題愈低時，愈需要增加運動參與程度的表現，如此才有效降低身心健康中的焦慮反應的影響表現。最後將研究結果提供有關國小教師及教學行政單位參考，並作為未來研究的參考資料。

The purpose of this paper was to discuss the multiple correlations between the internet addiction, leisure sports participation, and physical-mental health of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan District, Taoyuan. The participants in this study were elementary school teachers in Taoyuan District, Taoyuan. The questionnaires were mailed to a sample of 420 potential respondents. 416 valid questionnaires were used for the final analysis and the effective response return rate was 99%. The analysis used the SPSS 12.0 statistical software package (Chinese version). Both Pearson-product moment correlations and stepwise multiple regression analyses were used to indicate the relationship among the three variables. Multiple hierarchical regression analysis was used to predict the effect of internet addiction on physical-mental health status, and the leisure sports participation was taken as a moderator variable and a significant level was set at α = .05. Five of these findings were worth summarizing: (1) The status of internet addiction among respondents was unapparent, and the respondents' physical-mental health status was excellent but the level of their leisure sports participation was relatively low; (2) A negative effect of internet addiction on respondents' physical-mental health; of all related variables, the level of ＂social and health problem＂ was relatively high; (3) A striking effect of internet addiction on respondents' physical health disorder; (4) Internet addiction tolerance was significantly negatively related to respondents' physical health disorder and anxiety; (5) Leisure sports participation significantly plays a moderating role in the relationship between respondents' internet addiction and their physical-mental health. Therefore, the higher leisure sports participation can not only solve respondents' social and health problem but also relieve their anxiety. The results of this paper suggest several dimensions on the elementary school teachers' internet usage, exercise habit and health management.
