很多台灣企業面臨著管理兩岸員工的情況,為做好兩岸員工的激勵與管理,需比較分析與了解兩地員工對激勵偏好的差異與特性。本研究目的在比較分析台灣員工與大陸員工對激勵因素偏好之特性,並探討兩地員工所得屬性對激勵偏好的影響。研究發現台灣員工對成長需求較高,而大陸員工對生存需求較高。並發現所得偏好之調節影響。對研究問題的背景與研究發現的討論,本研究有深入剖析與闡釋。

英文摘要

Many Taiwan companies are facing issues in managing their employees across Taiwan straits. In order to managing employees' motivational preferences effectively, it is necessary to make comparisons and understand the differences and characteristics of the motivational preferences of employees between Taiwan and Mainland China. The purposes of this research are to do comparative analysis on the nature of employees' motivational preferences between Taiwan and Mainland China, and examine influence of employees' income on their motivational preferences. It was found that Taiwanese employees had higher growth needs and employees of Mainland China had higher existence needs. The employees' income was also found to have significant moderating influence. This research made profound analysis and interpretation on the research background and on the discussion of the research findings.
