The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among job stress, health awareness and well-being in junior high school teachers of Taoyuan City. Taking the junior high school teachers in Taoyuan City as the research object, a total of 460 questionnaires were sent out, 386 valid questionnaires were used, and the effective rate of the questionnaires was 88.74%. Retrieving the questionnaire data were performed by using SPSS Statistics. Then, structural equation modeling was used for analysis. The conclusion were as follows: 1. Junior high school teachers in Taoyuan City reported better well-being when their overall job stress as well as specific job pressures related to student behavior, teacher–parent relationships, professional knowledge, and workload was lower. 2. Junior-high school teachers in Taoyuan City indicated higher health awareness when their overall job stress as well as specific job pressures related to student behavior, teacher–parent relationships, professional knowledge, and workload were lower. 3. Junior high school teachers in Taoyuan City who self-reported favorable health, considered the selves relatively healthy compared with others, felt that their health condition was continually improving, were seldom sick, and had greater overall health awareness exhibited a higher level of well-being. 4. Among junior high school teachers in Taoyuan City, overall well-being was improved by increasing level of health awareness and reducing overall job stress. According to the findings of this study, the results can provide reference to educational institutions and teachers of junior high school and can also be used as reference for research.
