本研究採質性方法深入採訪優秀的創業家,深入了解創業家的成長背景與創業歷程,尋找創業家的成功關鍵與直覺能力的關聯。藉由從回顧國內外文獻研究的基礎上,以臺灣中小企業成功創業家的範例發展背景下,由當代臺灣創業家作為研究訪談物件,設計這個思維架構並建立在人的歷史行為痕跡中去發現探究成功創業家創業行為的脈絡與他的直覺能力與思維對創業成功的關連與影響,並進一步將質性研究結果推導出理論模型。根據訪談歸納結果對直覺能力的養成內涵,提供辯證後建議,雖然不一定全部架構在科學與模擬系統,期盼這個架構思維的過程能指引給有意創業的未來企業主對自我修煉而發展至最佳狀態的信心。

英文摘要

In this study, we conducted qualitative, in-depth interviews with outstanding entrepreneurs to gain insights into the background of their growth, as well as the relationship between intuition and success. A global literature review and case study analysis of successful Taiwanese SME entrepreneurs were used to develop this structured thinking method. We explored the historical context of successful entrepreneurial behavior, with specific focus on how the relationship between intuition and thought influenced their success. The qualitative research results were then transferred into theoretical models, and the interview results provided dialectical suggestions that summarize the development of intuitive ability. Although some of those suggestions extend beyond traditional scientific and simulated systems, we hope that this structured thought process can guide future entrepreneurs to develop the best self-discipline and state of confidence.
