Team communication platforms can help users effectively standardize the content of the project. While designing the mobile version of the team communication platforms, designers should consider users' need during the team communication process, and design the interface which meets users' intuition. In this study, we conducted a usability testing through user interviews and scenario method, to evaluate the usability of JANDI, asana, and Slack. The results showed that when participants were operating JANDI, the among of time to complete the task was 31m36s, asana was 27m14s, and Slack was 19m42s. According to the results, we summarized the operation forms and design suggestions of the mobile version of the team communication platforms, for designers' references in the interface design: (1) add onboarding; (2) add the project schedule / timeline; (3) add undo function; (4) optimize the interface of to-do list; (5) improve the smoothness when of switching interface.
