台灣對於聽覺障礙者／聾人的心理諮商服務才起步，聾案主有其特別的需求，不僅是調整溝通方式就可以順利諮商。本文結合國內外相關助人者的實務經驗與研究，先從聾人的生活脈絡探討其心理狀態，再討論實施心理諮商時的注意事項與可用的策略，包括諮商前準備、建立關係與順利互動的策略、評估診斷、與手語翻譯員的合作及倫理議題等，期待提供心理相關助人者參考，望更多助人者能尊重案主並參與服務。
