在實務工作上會發生案主愛上治療師的現象，但國內對於此類移情愛的研究和論述非常少。本文嘗試整理國內外關於移情愛的研究文獻和部分實務經驗，先介紹移情愛的起源，接著討論移情愛和移情的關係，再整理移情愛的內涵、移情愛心理動力以及移情愛心理治療等主題。最後引介一篇國外關於移情愛的部分治療歷程，增加我們對此現象的理解，希望提供實務工作者思考如何採取適當的態度與方法和移情愛的案主一起工作。
