現代大學生的心理健康問題日趨多元且嚴重,如何有效幫助不同類型且較嚴重的案主,是大學諮商中心的一大工作重點。辯證行為治療法(Dialectical Behavior Therapy, DBT)在實徵研究與實務應用上都被認可為非常有效的治療法,特別是對有邊緣性人格診斷的病患。然而,亦有愈來愈多的研究發現,辯證行為治療法對其他較嚴重的案主問題類型有相當好的療效,特別是有自殺意念或是自傷行為的案主。近年來,由於大學生的心理問題愈來愈嚴重,將辯證行為治療法應用於大學諮商中心的探討日益增加。並且,已有研究顯示在大學諮商中心運用辯證行為治療法能有效緩解較嚴重案主的問題症狀。是以,探討辯證行為治療法在大學諮商中心的應用將有助於改善大學生較嚴重的心理健康問題。本文旨在介紹並且探究如何應用辯證行為治療法於大學諮商中心。本文介紹辯證行為治療法的基本概念包括理論背景、治療目標與模式,同時探討如何具體應用辯證行為治療法於大學諮商中心,包括可能的應用方式、可能面臨的挑戰以及建議,以提供相關專業工作者作為參考。
