受督者在諮商互動中的情緒感受有助於瞭解個案,也有助於提升諮商效能,並且也可能阻礙諮商進行,因此,受督者在督導中能開放地揭露自己的情緒感受,有助於督導之成效,本研究旨在探討受督者在諮商督導情境中情緒揭露的經驗,了解受督者情緒揭露之要件、內涵與經驗。本研究採用質化研究之深度訪談,邀請到三位受督者,共進行21次訪談,以開放編碼進行資料分析。研究發現促成受督者揭露反移情的條件包括受督者允許與開放探索感受、受督者期待釐清自己的情緒、督導者重視情緒、督導者的接納、督導者的自我揭露、安全信任的督導關係,以及清楚的督導界線。初步探究出受督者揭露的共同情緒包括:對案主的生氣感到害怕、對案主的難以改變感到無力、面對結案引發不同情緒、受督者的表現焦慮、受督者的投射性認同等,此外,研究發現即使受督者肯定情緒揭露的重要性,但是要揭露自己的情緒仍會有一些焦慮不安與掙扎,當受督者揭露之後,在督導情境中有一敘說與討論的機會,對受督者情緒的處理有其重要性,揭露與討論之後對於受督者的專業學習有所助益。
