本文旨在探究性侵加害人的同理心，首先立意取樣96名參加社區處遇輔導教育課程者，進行短式人際反應問卷之修訂並探討其信效度，修訂後全量表有10個題項，區分觀點同理與幻想二個分量表，修訂問卷全量表內部一致性係數.75，再測信度.77，與觀點取替故事同理心量表的相關係數.59。接著，分析比較暴力強制性侵加害人（N=47）與非暴力合意性侵加害人（N=83）在修訂短式人際反應問卷的得分差異，研究結果發現，全量表與幻想分量表平均數達顯著差異，顯示修訂短式人際反應問卷總分似乎是數量化同理心高低程度的一種可行方式。臨床應用方面，處遇前後請加害人填寫此問卷，若後測得分明顯高於前測，則顯示加害人於接受處遇後，同理心程度有所增強。
