運用問題外化、相對影響與獨特結果問話於目睹婚暴兒童之諮商經驗

目睹婚姻暴力會嚴重影響兒童的自我認同與各方面的發展，敘事治療認為自我認同的故事受到文化的影響，相信人總有沒有被問題打敗的時候，強調透過問話與對話，去開展許多的內在經驗探索，進而發現一些新的可能性，建構較正向的自我認同。本文以一個實際目睹婚暴兒童的例子，探討敘事治療如何運用問題外化、相對影響與獨特結果之問話，運用在目睹婚暴兒童諮商之經驗。結果發現問題外化、相對影響與獨特結果問話能協助當事人：1.看見更好的自己；2.開啟心理和情緒的安全空間，面對目睹婚暴經驗；3.再見更好的自己；4.主動敘說，情緒逐漸變好，更有向上的動力；5.有信心與能力面對難題，尋找因應的方法。
