食物在目睹家庭暴力兒童遊戲治療中的運用

相對於有明顯外傷或受虐痕跡的受虐兒童，目睹家庭暴力兒童長期未得到周遭相關人員的注意。遊戲治療是兒童心理治療的一種方法，透過玩遊戲和語言溝通的型態來了解兒童以及協助兒童因應其困境與問題，而在最後時段的點心時間，透過食物發揮四種療癒角色：酬賞處理、次級增強物、依附關係、儀式就是生活與力量。另外，擬藉由食物運用於目睹家庭暴力兒童的遊戲治療之中，詮釋REST的效果：自我調節（Regulation）、培力（Empowerment）、社會化（Socialization）和蛻變（Transmutation）。食物，是溫飽、慰藉、關係延續，更是神經可塑性。本文期望透過食物如何協助目睹家庭暴力兒童啟動心理復原的歷程，使兒童遊戲治療以及與目睹家庭暴力兒童的實務工作有更多元化的激盪。
