本文以依附理論縱觀近十年的團體諮商相關研究，以協助實務工作者了解依附型態在團體諮商中的影響與團體動力。歷年對依附的研究由類別式逐漸轉為依附向度（依附焦慮、依附逃避）作為測量個體依附型態的方式。本文以依附理論之觀點分析安全型依附、焦慮型依附、逃避型依附風格成員的內在運作模式與在團體中呈現的人際樣貌，並提供助人者在實務工作時面對各依附風格成員之具體介入處遇。文末承繼以上討論，以不同團體時期各別闡述團體帶領者團體進行之重要觀察要項與實務催化要點，並帶領讀者了解其實務意涵，針對招募團體、進行團體之歷程、未來研究方向提供建議，期許透過本文之彙整能為國內之學術研究者、實務工作者提供系統性的依據與實務方針。
