中等學校專任輔導教師督導實務規劃之芻議

Preliminary Discussions on Supervision Practice for High School Counselors in Taiwan

台灣於2012年起開始增置專任輔導教師（以下簡稱專輔），並由各縣市學生輔導諮商中心統籌對專輔的督導事宜。對於實施已逾五年之督導概況，現今應已可具體檢視其成果，進而構思未來督導之方向。本文藉著文獻探討與小型研究結果之分享，對專輔督導主題進行統整。文獻回顧各縣市專輔督導研習的規劃，和專輔對於督導頻率、督導者背景、督導學習內涵、督導方式之意見與建議。小型研究結果則摘述參與訪談之專輔接受專業督導的內在歷程，以及知覺所接受的專業督導成效限制。最後對於目前督導實施有待完善之處，整理以下四點建議：團督結構設置較為不足，宜調整頻率、地點與人數以符合需求；督導進修方式較為單一，可擴充多元督導學習方式以精進成長；督導者在學校輔導專業之訓練偏少，須接軌學校輔導專業知能；督導重點多聚焦於心理諮商層面，宜回應專輔多樣化工作內涵，提供學諮中心與擔任專輔督導者參考，共同努力以促進台灣學校輔導的專業發展。
