社會建構論述性諮商觀點及其在心理諮商實務之應用

性（sexuality），一直是心理諮商與治療中的重要議題，但除精神分析與心理動力學派，其餘心理諮商與治療理論鮮少對性議題進行討論及闡述。性議題，在心理諮商與治療場域，呈現一種既重要，但卻又被噤／隱「聲」不談的詭譎現象。因著心理諮商理論在理解性上的視框相當單一，使得精神分析理論對性所持之「內在動力」、「陰莖／陽具中心」與「異性戀中心」等論點，成為諮商專業人員常使用的性視野，也形塑出台灣諮商專業社群在論述性議題時的「問題化」和「缺乏性別權力視野」之意識型態。但這些意識型態不僅與心理師法及諮商倫理相悖，更無法回應當代社會中既存的性多元真實及生命需求。社會建構論提供另一種理解性的角度及視野，關照個案所處之社會文化脈絡如何建構出個體的性困擾，亦讓心理諮商及治療從業人員有機會檢視自我所提供的諮商服務，是否陷入複製及強化「道德倫理」和「科學知識」的父權機制。本文透過文獻回顧，彙整出社會建構論述的性諮商觀點，分別為：性是脈絡的產物、性與權力密不可分及重視個體主體經驗，並以某雜誌專欄中的一則心理師回應為例，呈現實務工作者若缺乏對性的社會文化脈絡及結構之關照，對個案福祉及權益所可能導致的傷害，亦透過處遇目標和諮商策略的具體呈現，說明社會建構論與非社會建構論的差異，以突顯社會建構論主張之關照和具體實踐。最後佐以一則案例說明社會建構論述的性諮商觀點於心理諮商實務上的思考及操作。
