嚴重逆境經驗會導致人們的意識形態發生衝突，並引發存在的議題。本文提出一個復原力敘事模式，闡釋面對逆境的意義建構與美好生活的關係。復原力敘事模式是基於發展科學、存在主義心理學及正向心理學的觀點，結合敘事認同理論，涵蓋逆境經驗、意識形態、意義尋求、敘事意義建構、敘事認同及美好生活等概念。該理論架構針對敘事基調、動機主題及敘事結構等元素與美好生活的不同層面之間的對應內涵提出假設，可作為復原力研究未來探討的方向。對於諮商實務，復原力敘事模式也有助於理解面對逆境的人們如何透過敘事意義建構的過程增進美好的生活。
