教師效能感研究自60年代始,已穩定地確認教師效能感與其專業行為表現關係密切,在當前教育環境持續變動的脈絡之下,教師效能感的研究依然受到重視,這是因為研究持續驗證具效能感的教師,對專業投入、能採用多元策略因應學生需求,同時能帶動學生學習並獲致成效;此外,當其遇到教學不順利或困境時,以及面對學習狀況不佳的學生,具有較佳復原力及堅持力。然而,面對當前教育環境變動之際,教師效能感的研究似乎也需正視教學現場中,正面與負面經驗均存在的事實,並可適時擴充理論架構協助教師面對複雜情境。據此,本研究提出導入第二波正向心理辯證思維於教師效能感形成歷程的評估階段,以帶動教師更新教師效能感,進而發展更具整合正負向教學經驗的效能感。文末,亦提出後續教師效能感的研究趨勢,以提供研究與教師專業發展參考。
