生涯諮商典範轉移新趨勢對生涯轉換的啟發

A New Paradigm Shift of Career Counseling: Insights for Career Transition

日益發展的科技正挑戰著人們對於未來職涯與生活世界的想像，亦創造了新興的工作模式，生涯轉換更為頻繁。若以過去傳統的生涯諮商理論的線性觀點因應個體的生涯發展，已無法全盤且有效的協助個案。因此，本文將以鉅觀的角度看待時代演進的變動脈絡，比較傳統生涯諮商理論包含Holland類型論、Super生涯發展理論的限制，提出以生涯不確定的觀點包含生涯混沌理論、計畫性的偶發事件理論、生涯召喚理論等生涯諮商模式的轉移如何協助個案生涯轉換，以期鑑往知來，提供生涯諮商實務應用之參考。
