本文從諮商專業實習課程之督導實務工作困難談起，回顧國內並無專業團體制定實習心理師專業能力評鑑指標，藉由借鏡美國心理學會、美國諮商學會之標準與相關文獻，討論除了可以做基礎與進階能力評量、基礎專業人際關係能力評量外，並介紹Dorn-Medeiros與Christensen（2019）的專業品格量表（FIASCO Dispositional Assessment）為實習心理師評量資源，該量表採用彈性、正直、覺察力、穩定度、同理心與開放度等六項專業品格作為標的物，對於國內相關系所及實習課程授課教師、諮商督導實務工作人員評估實習心理師學習與實務實習態度評量具參考價值。文末作者期盼專業學會、諮商心理與輔導系所與諮商實務督導，能齊心協力建構本土不同實習階段之實習諮商心理師專業評鑑指標，並建議學校與機構實習督導能更重視督導評量實務執行，除了實習初期說明增加三方對於實習目標與成效的共識之外，在過程中亦須保持溝通以確保評鑑歷程的透明度。
