本文旨在透過理論探究來建構團體諮商實務之團體督導模式，以及實務的構成要素。文章從團體督導實務發展之重要性談起，討論團體督導歷程、團體督導任務，與實務介入等課題。接著，引用團體諮商實務當中，能運用系統性介入策略的實務能力為基礎，建構督導的執行方式與介入焦點，統整以團體進行督導時的多層次考量。從模式發展所需要考量的焦點，討論團體諮商能力之專業發展、團體督導要素建構、督導者之知覺與焦點、團體督導模式之建構，以及實務進行等角度，來探究與架構團體諮商之團體督導的實務進行要素，並進一步提出初步模式與內涵構想。
