自創視覺圖卡應用於青少年親密信任之初探

牌卡應用的普及度雖然高，但不乏有人挑戰牌卡的療效，認為助人專業與俗民信仰混為一談造成社會大眾的誤解，越來越多實務工作者針對服務對象的特殊性，設計或改編牌卡，以符合實務現場的需求。本文設計了「守護卡」，針對專科學校選修愛情心理學共5個班，蒐集自編問卷與自由書寫文本作為質性資料分析，旨在探究守護卡應用於青少年親密信任之效果，研究結果發現：1.青少年親密信任奠基於長時間正向互動，建立相處默契。2.以循序漸進的方式增強親密信任，以共同完成任務累積感情。3.部分時刻以幽默與嬉鬧方式活絡氣氛，在關係中營造情趣。4.渴望信任與安全的關係，內心多元矛盾糾結複雜。5.敏感於非語言訊息之細節，有能力回應彼此需求而強化信任。6.共同經歷重要事件，成為雙方情感增溫的基石。7.難以言喻的直覺與既定的關係可能成為青少年親密信任的因素。另外，守護卡上的手部圖像引發青少年將親密信任投射現實生活之現狀與期待，以及手部圖像延伸並擴大至各種關係，具備回顧與整理之功能。最後，依據研究結果提出未來研究與實務建議。
