本研究旨在應用跨理論模式探討目標取向和心理康寧之間的相關情形,並進一步探究其是否可以顯著預測不同休閒運動階段。本研究採立意抽樣,對台中市多個不同的羽球館內之一般球團、業餘羽球愛好者或大專乙組球員進行問卷調查,回收500份有效問卷。再以皮爾遜積差相關與多項式邏輯斯迴歸進行資料分析,主要結果為(1)自我取向和心理康寧之間有顯著負相關,而工作取向和心理康寧有顯著正相關;(2)背景變項(性別、球齡、對羽球愛好程度、對羽球專業程度)、工作取向、心理康寧(個人成長、生活目的、環境主導)可以顯著預測基於跨理論模式之不同休閒羽球運動階段(意圖期、準備期、維持期)。建議未來可以根據本研究發現,針對休閒羽球運動推廣及深化其運動參與程度。

英文摘要

The purposes of this study were to examine the relationship between goal orientation and psychological well-being among badminton participants and to predict their stages of recreational sport behavior within the framework of transtheoretical model using multinomial logistic regression analysis. A purposive sampling method was used to recruit subjects from badminton clubs located at Taichung, Taiwan. A total of 500 valid subjects were obtained. The collected data were analyzed with statistical procedure of Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that (1) ego orientation significantly and negatively correlated with psychological well-being while task orientation had significant and positive correlation with psychological well-being; (2) variables related to demographics, task orientation, psychological well-being (personal growth, purposive in life, environmental mastery) could significantly predict different stages of recreational sport behavior among badminton participants. Based on the research findings, it was suggested that managers of badminton clubs could promote and enhance the participation rate with tailored strategies.
