鄉村民宿作為農家樂發展的高級階段，對於鄉村旅遊的健康快速發展起著至關重要的作用。中國鄉村民宿由於起步較晚，存在著投資建設盲目、缺少科學規劃，文化底蘊薄弱、產品趨於同質化，政府缺乏引導、存在無序競爭，佔用耕地建設、基礎設施薄弱、經營管理不夠規範，服務、市場意識淡漠的問題。基於中國鄉村民宿的具體現狀和國外鄉村民宿發展經驗，本文給出了關於中國鄉村民宿可持續發展的一些建議，如通過制定有效規劃，推行社區經營理念；彰顯三大特色、打造民宿精品；發揮政府引導作用，運用現代行銷技術；構建鄉村民宿生態環境監測系統；運用鄉村民宿分時度假經營模式的對策來促進中國鄉村民宿可持續發展。

Rural homestay, as an advanced form of farmhouse tourism, plays an important role in the healthy and fast development of the rural tourism. However, rural homestay in China is facing some problems owing to its late start, such as aimless investment in the construction and the lack of scientific planning, the poor cultural foundation and the homogeneous productions, the lack of guidance from government departments and the phenomenon of disorderly competition, the construction in cultivated land by the unauthorized occupation and poor infrastructure, the low quality of operation or management and the shortage in the services or the awareness of market. Based on the specific situation of China's rural homestay and experiences in other countries, this paper aims to give some suggestions on the sustainable development of our country's rural homestay, including that drawing up the effective planning and promoting the concept of community management; highlighting the three major characteristics and creating the delicate rural homestay; playing the government-led role and using modern marketing techniques; constructing the ecological environmental monitoring system for in rural homestay; useing the business model of timeshare in the rural homestay.
